TRANSLATION OF COMMON TEXTS, CORRESPONDENCE

This field of translation as a general is in demand among firms and companies, which due to their activity require holding correspondence with their foreign partners, to hold preliminary negotiations as well as to accommodate further aspects of cooperation after the negotiations and meetings, which were held earlier. The specific character of this type of translation is first of all promptness, i.e. as a general it is required to translate promptly and regularly small portions of text. The second aspect such translation is use of specific terminology, which relates as a rule to one or another field of industry and includes a lot of economical, commercial and judicial (legal) terms as well. The third important aspect is confidentiality and non-disclosure. Indeed, it is not a secret that any commercial activity as a rule has its competitive environment, which can use any leakage of information to the damage of a client. More than that, contents of the correspondence represents a commercial secret of a client and unwanted disclosure of the same can involve very harmful consequences for a client. Therefore we pay very high attention to this aspect and do ensure full non-disclosure of such information. The same could be said about personal correspondence, where persons discuss some or other aspects of their private life.

At our days most part of correspondence is held using up-to-date communication facilities such as internet, other computer networks and facsimile communications. Therefore procedures of our communication with a client are determined by determined by the above communication facilities as well. As a general a client simply forwards his e-mail correspondence to our e-mail address and gets back the same translated within 1 – 2 hours. If required it is also possible to arrange work through facsimile communication facilities or through a courier, however it slows down the process of holding the correspondence.

"Common text" or "common use text" – it is rather capacious term, which as a rule includes all those types of translation, which were not attached to other main types of translation but never the less are still very important. Namely, here we can include translation of information obtained from various open sources such as newspapers, magazines, web-sites, etc., profiles or other personal details, stories and reports about anything, i.e. in other words anything you wish to. Therewith it should be kept in mind that this classification is relative as far as almost any separate translation has elements of different fields of translation.
