Our Law Firm executes various confidential (private) orders (instructions, requests) of legal, commercial and private nature, which due to certain factual (location of a client abroad Ukraine, absence of free time, etc.) or personal circumstances cannot (or not wanted to) be executed personally by the client or with help of his employees, acquaintances, friends or relatives.

As far as we are the Law Firm we have perfect and extensive understanding of confidentiality and non-disclosure and understanding of importance of the same for our clients. Confidentiality and non-disclosure of client's orders (instructions, requests) is one of the key terms of accommodation of legal services to our corporate and private clients as well. In the first case we are talking about the commercial secrets, interests and plans and in the second – about certain very personal circumstances.

However, as it was shown by our actual practice, confidentiality and non-disclosure terms can be applied not only to the legal services, but also to other various orders (instructions and requests) of our clients, which due to certain circumstances cannot be executed personally by the client, but anyway should be executed personally by a reliable and confident attorney. As far as accommodation of legal services by our Law Firm itself provides strict confidentiality and non-disclosure regime, our Law Firm is also able to offer for our clients not only confidential fulfillment of various legal orders and instructions and confidential accommodation of all our legal services, but also fulfillment of various non-legal or semi legal requests, instructions and orders using the same regime of strict confidentiality and non-disclosure, which is applied to our legal services.

Particularly, such confidential services can include:

- collection of evidence material in Ukraine (i.e. various legal documents and information, testimonies, including interrogation of witnesses, other third parties, etc.)

- delivery of personal and/or commercial confidential messages to Ukrainian addresses.

- commitment of various actions of material or personal immaterial nature in favor of Ukrainian citizens, corporate entities or other persons on the territory of Ukraine for and on behalf of foreigners (non-residents of Ukraine), who are located abroad Ukraine, or anonymously as well.
