The service provide an opportunity to have a look at court decisions (judicial decisions, judicial decrees, court holding, judgements, judicial awards, legal judgements, dijudications, opinions of the courts, judicial opinions), which were issued by Ukrainian courts of commerce, Ukrainian courts of common jurisdiction and by administrative courts of Ukraine. Specialist of our law firm will search for the necessary court decision(s) in accordance with inquiry of the client. The information found is been presented to the client on a paper medium certified by seal and signature of the director of our Law Firm (or such information can be submitted in electronic form, if required by the client).

The search can be conducted by the following criteria:

- by name of participant of a court hearing;

- by words from text of a court decision (judicial decision, judicial decree, court holding, judgement, judicial award, legal judgement, dijudication, opinion of the court, judicial opinion, order, etc.);

- by surname and initials of the judge, who have issued appropriate court decision (judicial decision, judicial decree, court holding, judgement, judicial award, legal judgement, dijudication, opinion of the court, judicial opinion, order, etc.);

- by number of a court proceeding (case, hearing);

- by date of arrival of a case to the court;

- by date of issuance (adoption) of a court decision (judicial decision, judicial decree, court holding, judgement, judicial award, legal judgement, dijudication, opinion of the court, judicial opinion, order, etc.).

Therewith you should keep in mind that the information provided within frameworks of this service is of informative nature and does not represent a legal document itself. Also, such information has some limitation, namely, it does not contain:

- surnames, names and patronymics of natural persons;

- residence addresses or places of location of natural persons, their telephone numbers as well as numbers of other communication facilities, e-mail addresses, identification numbers (codes) of natural persons;

- vehicle registration (identification) numbers;

- any other information, which can be used for identification of a natural person.

The above listed limitations are mostly applied to court decisions (judicial decisions, judicial decrees, court holdings, judgements, judicial awards, legal judgements, dijudications, opinions of the courts, judicial opinions, orders, etc.) in civil, criminal cases (proceedings) and to the court decisions in cases about administrative violations, when parties (participants) of a court hearing are natural persons directly. And only in a minor part applied to to court decisions (judicial decisions, judicial decrees, court holdings, judgements, judicial awards, legal judgements, dijudications, opinions of the courts, judicial opinions, orders, etc.) in commerce (economic) cases, where participants of a hearing are corporate entities and natural persons participate in the same on behalf of a corporate entity, i.e. in fact act as officials of corporate entities (firms, companies, plants, etc.).

Regardless the above limitations this service (information) can be helpful, when:

- a client wants to collect information about legal cases of certain Ukrainian corporate entity (Ukrainian firm, Ukrainian company, Ukrainian enterprise, Ukrainian plant, etc.), for example, in order to evaluate (check-up) its well-doing, honesty, reliability, etc., its current or future financial capability; and the same is regarding a Ukrainian natural persons;

- a client may be interested to know destiny (current or future) of certain property (thing, right) or to trace the same. Therefore it could be helpful to get certain information about litigious property or right.

In accordance with current Ukrainian legislation the above listed information is public. Ukrainian court decisions (judicial decisions, judicial decrees, court holdings, judgements, judicial awards, legal judgements, dijudications, opinions of the courts, judicial opinions, orders, etc.) are presented in Ukrainian language (official language of Ukraine, which is used for all official documents). If necessary, it can be translated by our Translation Agency to Russian, English, French, German and almost any of other common languages.
